The Cancer Full Moon of the 4th, promises to be laden with emotion and probably unstable to boot as it is wrapped up with the Pluto~ Uranus square, which has had the world in a twisty tailspin. Plus the Sun, Mercury, Venus and Pluto have been travelling herd-style in Capricorn through the holidays which may have made us more responsible, work prone, and depressed, not so holiday cheerful. By Mon. 5th, Venus and Mercury have moved into Aquarius, which helps us to feel more impersonal, unique, with a fillip of~ who cares?
Reminders of last week: As the year closes down, there are many planetary changes encouraging new steps. With Saturn having lived in Scorpio since October of 2012, hopefully we now see more of our darkness, recognize the shadow material and can let in more light, and less judgment.
With Saturn in Sagittarius, we shall all be maneuvering shoals of judgment and self-righteousness. There may be crises in beliefs and faith. Be aware of ‘over-aggrandizement’, either as the martyr, or the clown. At the very least, we won’t be digging down ~but building flight scaffolding to go where we need to go.
2015 is an 8 year. Eight is a number holding depth, transformation, business acumen, and an understanding of ‘quid pro quo’ among other things. It is also a number that can create magic as it holds a transformative energies, not easy ones, but powerful when used well.
Find something magical in your Practice; a difficult twist to conquer, an empowering balance to dance with. Let what frightens you be the elixir of the potent spell you weave on the mat. Don’t hold back. Enter fully into whatever calls you, and even when you fall and fail, be glad~ You win!
