Neptune’s Prismatic beauty and Violence Nov. 17~24

The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.”  Mahatma Gandhi

In the process of moving out from the dark, regenerative Scorpionic New Moon, (see last week’s Astro-Noticias) into the light, mental brightness of a Gemini Full Moon for Thanksgiving, we run the gamut from unconscious to conscious. As the instinctual grows consciousness, we come together to share information and spirit resources.

Thinking and perception this week are greatly colored by the prismatic beauty and confusion of Neptune as she stations in her own sign Wednesday, 18. Remember that any planet in ‘stationing’ vibrates powerfully, shedding energy into our electro magnetic fields. Outer planets are complex. Neptune particularly loves her poetic, permeable, drug induced complexities. She cries out to make us ‘one,’ at the same time she loves to obfuscate and confuse. She appreciates creating beauty and being artistic in the same moments she’s telling rose-colored lies.

My friend Rich Humbert writes: “Neptune is the engine of Pisces, whose natives live with the awareness of multiple realities. The symbol for Pisces shows two worlds connected tangentially and shaped by our beliefs. Imagine the different worlds occupied by evangelicals and rationalists, one world based on beliefs and assumptions, and the other on reason and knowledge. Neptune is protean and affects us in many ways: Neptune the idealist – Neptune the deceiver – Neptune the unifier – Neptune the mirror.” www.celestialweather.com

If you are asking ~Why Paris? Why Now? Neptune’s station may have something to do with the Jihadi vision on violence. As it stations and moves into a square with Saturn, Neptune forces dream to confront reality. The challenge of victim mentality VS authority plays beneath ISIS spiritual idealism. In the aftermath of tragedy, this is an opportune week to be open-hearted, despite fear. Spend time accessing intuitive, inner guidance. Make good things happen from bad.

Practice this week:   Stand your physical reality back to back with dreams of perfection. Ask spirit to stand with you ~remembering what we create on the mat, we can replicate in life. Play music you love to call forth intuitive visions. Use poetry, dance and music to open your dreams and your practice to a more expansive level where you enrich the layers, nurturing yourself in regenerative ways. Knowing Neptune rules Yoga, dance, music, and painting among other things, use her creative force field now.
