Welcome to Daily Breath Journal. I invite you to respond and build on Daily Breath’s explorations for nurturing life. This Journal is to support and grow the teacher within. It is to create Sangha, a lively community for all of us who question and quest a healthier, more profound life. This was the ancient, and original meaning of Yoga. It was an entire life style. Through the emotional, physical, and intellectual adventures of Daily Breath, we come to understand and inter-connect energy on many levels. All life is energy. All life is Yoga. It is a question of how we choose to use it.
