“I’m privileged to have had Samantha as my yoga teacher for nearly 10 years.
She is a creative and inspiring Yogini, possessing genuine, disarming charm. Her classes
provide a safe space, freeing students for physical, emotional and spiritual exploration. Her Asana,
combining dance and yoga, is lively and beautiful! She uniquely challenges and supportes everyone in class.”

10 Commandments of your Practice
Yoga is for thy body and spirit, not thy ego. Thou shall not compete.
Move from the marrow of thy bones. Core is thy salvation.
Be here now. There are none other, better, or more direct routes to heaven.
Thy breath is thy guide and constant companion. Listen well. Honor each inhale and exhale as parents to the next.
Grow thy awareness within the physical body, knowing thee expands and fashions thy Meta-physical in same fashion.
Honor thy teachers within and without.
Connect thyself to Gaia, let her beauty teach thee, her gravity hold thee, her needs impress thee. She and thou arte one. She has cared for thee and thy ancestors, now attend her well.
Make sacred ritual of thy Practice. It will carry thee through the rocky straits between Charybdis and Scylla.
‘Compassion’ is thy constant companion. Hold her within the Grace of thy heart.
As you honor Self, you honor one another. Thus Sangha/community is grown and nurtured from thy daily bread/breath of self care.
