Wisdom Body Notes for June 7-17 by Samantha Cameron
Rewind to May 26, the last New Moon in Gemini when we moved into the mind of ideas, curiosity and chat-worthy exchanges. Now we prepare for its follow-up mate- the Full Moon in Sagittarius, June 11,. We move from beginners’ mind to soulful mind, from the ‘hood’ to the world, from opening questions to large execution. Celestial designs are shifting cosmic information dramatically and at greater speed, with many bits and pieces contributing to BIG changes.
You see the energies played out in headline news. Trump’s TACO (Trump Always Chickens Out) is a grand example of Saturn’s hot, new move into Aires, where Saturn is not happy and doth not behave well. Remember that Saturn is a planet of managerial leadership, who expects respect, perfection, AND to be obeyed. You would think he would do well in Aires, signature of action, leadership and bold moves. But no! Saturn moving through Aires until April 2028, other than a brief retrograde back into Pisces, is going to be a goad and comeuppance for many a bad leader who instigates poor structures, faulty leadership, or refuses accountability. …. Essentially, he/she who’s lacking in courage. Saturn in Aires requires bold leaders with clear intentions, not a flip-flopping, chaotic ego desirous of his name in lights. Aires rules conflict, which it expects to win from decisive, bold, responsible moves, made from well thought though plans. Because it’s fast and hot, reactive and often disruptive, all intentions need to be sussed-out, rehearsed, and well thought through to be successful. Saturn, being slow and methodical, does not enjoy being pushed into high speed, and behaves badly when he feels shoved about.
It’s very clear that Trump, as well as other destructive world leaders, and their toxic minions are going to find life with Saturn in Aires very difficult, as are we if we choose to behave as they do. The worse their power-plans, the bigger the backfire. The more chaotic the idea, the bigger the collapse. The careless speed of misinformed alliances, the higher the anger rises. As of Thurs. 12th, Musk and Trump reveal the partnered-revulsion of Saturn having HIS way- “No, my way” in Aires!
The tension and blowups erupting from Saturn in Aires will teach us all to ‘cool it’ as action manifesting without accountability will take us down hard and fast. Seeing this energy play out in public hopefully turns us back on ourselves to question:
*What would happen if I behaved illegally?
*Is my foundation sound and appropriate for my next step?
*Am I taking full responsibility for my behavior?
*Do I create more chaos than peace as I move forward?
*Am I listening to completely understand before I fire off half-cocked?
Saturn’ has not only opened his long journey in Aires, but he is now aligned with Neptune in the important first degree of Aires, complicating and shackling Saturn even more, never mind poor Neptune. These two are not a match in heaven as Neptune is heavenly waters and Saturn is pragmatically earth. Together they make mud…..Or if you have genius in your blood, they might create divine new designs to serve the world. When they cycle around to meet one another it is always a potent revolutionary force. It is the face-off and tension between surrender and structure with themes of peace and ferocity, singularity and oneness, organization and confusion. If one can create alchemical compounds from cosmic energies, we might enter the mystery and hold the ‘Philosopher’s Stone.‘ (This was a mythical substance desired by ancient alchemists who believed it to have the power of transmuting base metals into gold, as well as possessing ‘the elixir of life’- which was to physically and spiritually transform life.)
Yet another larger-than-life cosmic event is the entry of Jupiter into Cancer on June 9-10, where he joyfully sits for the coming year, expanding the emotional body, opening family wounding and secrets, and re-defining home. Be curious about what you wish to learn from this powerful passage: Ask: ‘What does emotional abundance mean to me?What healing focus is most important? Between thinking and feeling, does my intuition hold the answers?’ Hopefully we shall learn to listen more and talk less, but Jupiter is an oh so gladsome, bouncy fellow, especially in Cancer, where he is exalted, and where we come to understand that ‘more is more’ -which is sometimes too much. Under the coming Full Moon on the 11th, where he rules the Sagittarian Moon, take a stand in the night sky to not only howl, but open yourself to greater ‘more, ‘asking “What do I wish to grow? What are the gifts I choose to expand? Is my empathy in tune with my boundaries?
Hot on the heels of Jupiter into Cancer comes the fiery Full Moon which is a major player in a ‘grand fire trine.’ This creates a powerful flow of possibly ‘ecstatic energy’ which can inspire big revelations, along with greater courage and confidence….just be careful of the ‘more is more’ syndrome that can lead to over-do, and high maintenance.
Remember, we are in the midst of enormous astrological shifts, one of the biggest in history. By July, every outer planet will have changed signs which will ‘electrify’ our energy field. We have moved into the speed of air and fire which you might call ~ ‘The charge of the light brigade’. To entertain any sense of individual peace, create quiet daily check-ins, pay greater attention to intuition, hold your friends close- less they unexpectedly fly off, and grow a revolutionary empathy where holding yourself with love and acceptance is the primary job. You will begin to notice that in this quickened frequency, higher phenomenon and consciousness grow quickly. Don’t be left behind!
