Whatever language you choose, know that change keeps this week electric! Pay attention to vision and thought keeping it safe. You may feel you are in a wacky dream full of left turns. With luck, these twists and turns move toward a ‘bigger picture’. You won’t be bored. The first left turn, on 6/5, is Mars, planet of physicality, resourcefulness, and commitments moving into Cancer. You know where steam comes from, right? Moving from airy Gemini into Cancer’s watery realm, notice anger being expressed in hidden, sideway, crab-like motion, not head on. Expect to feel your thoughts. It will be difficult to remain objective. This is one of Gemini’s talents, NOT Cancer’s. You may notice greater anxiety and defensiveness, especially if you are attempting to move into unknown territory, or if someone is threatening home-base. Cancer wants to be at home, not climbing Mt. Matango.
The next two ‘left turns’ bring Venus, then Mercury into their home territories. The body will feel unconscious sighs of relief. Venus plays well in Taurus where she feels safe and comfortable as she works with relationship, money and self-worth. On the 7th, Mercury moves home to Gemini, where ideas and communication flow easily. There may over-flow gushes as Mercury connects to Jupiter and Pluto. Stay aware of how you communicate, and what filters your ideas.
Both personal planets are leaving areas where they were not comfortable, and did not express easily. Venus spent a long spring in Aires as the Warrior Goddess. Not a bad thing, but demanding and exhausting. Mercury passed spring in Taurus and Aires, not sure whether to be slow, backwards, or on steroids. Again, not bad, but working with inherently uncomfortable scripts, full of delay, confusion, and/or over-reaction.
The three ‘lefts’ bring you to closure on Friday, with Jupiter turning direct, after four months of Retrograde. This is a big gaseous WOW of Jovian, more is more flamboyance, especially as it rules the splendid Full Moon in Sagittarius. Anything ruled by an uber-powerful, Stationing Jupiter can expect the big bang, as well as illumination around legal issues, as Jupiter in Libra emphasizes the judicial system, partnerships, and possibly, strange strategies. This is a lot of shape-shifting for one short week! If you like change, you will be in hog heaven. Those of us not so enamored may find sustenance in seeing each shift as offering a ‘next step,’ a new understanding to incorporate what’s needed. Jupiter is about the future, about the forest, not the trees. It rules a spacious, expansive desire that loves travel, and great thoughts. We will be focused on ethics, morality, and lies. Hold a vision of your big picture, both personal, and for the world while chanting, “shanti shanti shanti” ~ May peace prevail.
Your Birthday Week: You are becoming a ‘change-agent,’ probably why you took this incarnation. Not easy, but splendid. To maintain sanity, learn to move from the center, from a more balanced, and strategic platform. As a Gemini, you enjoy a freewheeling objectivity and ability to move easily from thought to thought. This year may challenge you to feel more, to stay longer than is comfortable with sensitive emotions.
