Energies for the Wisdom Body, April 15-23
Since this Eclipse Season is preparing the world for a new normal, know you will see unprecedented social changes. Hold on to your hats and prepare to mount up for a wild ride!
This weekend of 15-16 holds positive, stimulating energies that help prepare us for the unexpected change and sudden right turns provided by Eclipse Season.. If you have noticed that life has seemed less burdened and more open this past week we’ve all been swimming in a charged positive energy bath of Sun embraced by the happy rolly-polly god of expansive mind and ‘MORE’~ Jupiter. Joining the Sun in Aires, signature of “I am,” he widens our “I Amness,” filtering our point of view with optimism, growth and boundary-breaking joy which is a perfect energy to visualize a hopeful future during Eclipse season, now in motion, and breathlessly waiting for the sis-boom- bah direct hit Wed 19 and Thurs 20.
This is a particularly powerful eclipse that will influence outcomes for coming 6 months. It’s potent nature comes from several sources:
1. This New Moon is at the very end, the Anarectic 29 degrees, of Aires. It’s fascinating that we actually began this transformative journey back on March 21 with the New Moon at 00 Aires, another Anarectic degree of start-up. 2. Now that we have traversed across the entire Aires landscape of learning greater self-sufficiency, becoming a warrior, of building better ways to express and shine ego, and growing a deeper individuality or authenticity, we are in better shape to deal with the critical 29 degrees of this Eclipse. Remember, all signs in their ending and beginning degrees tend to express in extreme, and intense ways, making it wise to prepare the body to hold more peace and stability. Take more time with details, how you respond to others, or speed on the road. Honor your individuality, but do not express it without thoughtful consideration, especially when angry or fearful. This ‘I am energy’ is not complicated, it’s clear and strong.
3. Along with the Sun and Moon, we have added Aires energy with both Mercury, stationing to go Rx, and Jupiter, accompanied by Chiron, the wounded healer. The ruler of all this Aires energy is Mars, and he is ‘out of bounds’- through May. When any planet is ‘out of bounds’ it means they are much more of a wild card, not contained by usual boundaries. This makes Mars a wild warrior, for good and bad. Be very careful how you express your Martian energies! if we don’t take care the coming weeks will be a volatile, intense, and angry time.
4. The Eclipse is hit by a hard square with Pluto, transformative god of control, power, sex, death and taxes. With Pluto at 00 Aquarius, it’s acting as a potent ignition kick to the New Moon Eclipse. Expect huge changes socially, politically, financially and emotionally. Expect to see a slow tearing down of the old, the toxic, and untenable, along with exposure of hidden corruption as old structures are demolished. Along with the tear-down, expect to see futuristic ideas rising in how we fit into the community, how we have changed, especially in the last 3 years, and how our individuality can be put to the service of others.
5. this is a rare ‘hybrid Eclipse, changing it’s ‘shape’ as it moves over the earth. It has a path of totality over Australia and Indonesian area. After its visible totality it then becomes partial again. Often the countries that are under Eclipse energies come into the news with big earth events, especially earthquakes. ( It will not be visible in the US.)
A big NB (NOTE BENE) to next week’s high-flying energies is Mercury turning Retrograde under the Eclipse beams. Mercury, god of ideas, conversation, and information is also conjunct Uranus, sky god of higher mind, chaos and change. Do not assume your technology will be safe. Take time over the coming days to back everything up! With the extreme tear-down of shifting energies, along with high tides of emotion~ assume nothing! Mercury with Uranus can bring shocking news, and since they are in Taurus, expect financial news, turbulent markets, shifting world partnerships (‘frenenemies.’)
At the ending degrees of Aires there’s a sense of urgency aswe cannot go back. Expext emotional intensity especially with Pluto involved. Observe endings/beginnings, the old world collapsing. Huge potentials for reactivity and impulsivity, Practice stepping back into ‘the pause that saves you.’
We may feel slightly out of control so spend time bringing energy back to the wisdom body, your center and sense of autonomy. Know that despite a lot of its sturm und drang, this Eclipse could jump you into prominence, and open up the path you love. As it’s conjunct the North Node, our collective future could rise from the chaos. We are in endings that move us into beginnings, possibly an ignition point for humanity. We are raising our consciousness, our vibration through choice. This enormous time of shift calls for us to shine our light and be the spiritual warrior that Aires yearns to be.
