Summer Solstice opens June 21 at 5:30 AM ET. This is a splendid opportunity to be still, to listen, to open to the luminous, and create ritual. The Solstice chart not only sets the template for summer’s coming three months, in the Northern Hemisphere but is an energy gateway for inner growth, as well as outer planting. When the Sun hits zero degrees of Cancer, the earth stops whirling, and tailwinds of transformation impel us upward and onward. The earth’s crisis is our crisis in lack of nurturing and love. If ever there was a moment to re-dedicate yourself to healing at every level, it is now. Each Solstice and Equinox provide magic. What we envision, hope for, and dedicate ourselves to, carries an enduring mysterious power.
I hope you take time on Tues 21st to create nurturing ritual, a moment of beauty and meaning for you. Sit with candles, water, and flowers, alone or with friends and family to question and affirm what you are seeking; dissolving what no longer works and now stands in your way. Sing, dance, move with joy, as well as standstill prayer. Bow to the four directions, calling guides, and angels, feel them as part of you. After all, ’tis the time of mystery when we are more able to see things as they are~ expressions of the divine.
Because of reduction in the earth’s magnetic field, a greater influx of radiation penetrates the atmosphere, affecting us at every level, allowing greater transmission of higher energies to infuse personal and earth bodies. It’s especially true this year as the threshold to the Solstice was the Super Full Moon of the 14th. The Sagittarius Moon was very close to the Galactic Center, opening gates of higher comprehension, meaning, and purpose, infusing the ‘Big Picture.’ Intuition, perception, and Emotional Intelligence are called for, and our ability to use them well is a gift of this Solstice. I hope you generously spend your wisdom-gifts from great joy!

FROM THE POINT OF LIGHT WITHIN THE MIND OF GOD,
LET LIGHT STREAM FORTH INTO THE MINDS OF ALL.

LET PURPOSE GUIDE THE LITTLE WILLS OF ALL
THE PURPOSE WHICH THE MASTERS KNOW AND SERVE.
FROM THE CENTER WHICH WE CALL THE RACE OF MANKIND
LET THE PLAN OF LOVE AND LIGHT WORK OUT.
AND MAY IT SEAL THE DOOR WHENEVER EVIL DWELLS.
LET LIGHT AND LOVE AND POWER RESTORE THE PLAN ON EARTH.
